The purse and perfume were supposed to arrive in 3 days, it took 30 days, and my multiple emails were met with "We will escalate the situation and look into it." I am wondering how they survive for so many years. They said its not their fault. I have never had to wait 2 months for an order to ship. I'm filing complaints with all the agencies who can help, not only out of principle but because this metis was one of the gifts I received when I turned a certain age (not 25). Um.no.
